She was predeceased by: her husband Charles B. Dickinson; her parents, Lucien M. Gex, Sr. and Geraldine Calhoun Gex; her brothers, Lucien M. Gex, Jr. and Gerald Calhoun Gex; and her son-in-law John E. Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Bayne Dickinson (Beverly), Tricia Gibbens, Joan Newcomb (James) and Ann Amonda Smith; her grandchildren, Brandon Ulmer (Rachel), Jonathan Hewitt (Alanna), Morgan Gibbens, Katie Newcomb, William Dickinson, Nathan Hewitt (Tara), Patrick Newcomb (Catherine), Laura Dickinson and Emily Newcomb; her great grandchildren, Rosalyn, Grace, Margaret Ulmer, Molly and Caroline Hewitt; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Gex and Marjoe Gex.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Saint Vincent DePaul Society or Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church.
