She is survived by: her sister Terri; her son Jon Zachary; her stepchildren, Heather Zachary Upton (Jeff) and Ricky Zachary; her stepgrandchildren, Robby Seward and Haley Zachary; her sister Linda Cullnane-Hall; her nephew Jordan Hall (Chelsea); her great-nephew Briggs Hall; her great-niece Lilah Hall; her caregiver Terri Green-Cullnane; her nephew Irvin Green (Amanda); her great-niece Maggie Green; her sister Sharon Cullnane; her niece Whitney Cullnane; her great-nephews, Waylon and Walker Blockson; her niece Jessica Cates; her nephew Ryan Cates; her stepbrother Tommy Richardson; and her close friends, April Stinefield and Pam Denman.
