He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Franklin Carter and Reita Boles Carter. He is survived by: his wife Lujean Weaver Carter of Bay St; his children, John Scott Carter (Christy) of Bay St and Stacy Head (Jerry) of Hattiesburg, MS; his siblings, Kenneth Carter of Apison, TN and Clara Ruth Davis of Cleveland, TN; and his grandchildren, Michael Carter, Garrett Head, Perre Carter (Sydney), Gracyn Head and Aric Carter. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather and brother who will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
