He is survived by: his wife Kay Pearl Callaway; his daughters, Jamie Lynn Skladzien and Anne Callaway; his sister Yvetta Iverson (Toby); and his grandchildren, Christopher Skladzien, Suzuane Skladzien, David Skladzien and Kaylynn Lamar.
