It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Jean Travirca Garcia of Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leverne Garcia; her parents, Alton Travirca and Carrie Hart Travirca; and her siblings, Rita Haas, Leon Travirca, Anthony Travirca and Jimmy Travirca.
She is survived by: her children, Michael "Mike" Garcia, Mary Guilbeau, Mark Garcia, Carol Yarborough (Gary), Tommy Garcia and Norma Garcia; her grandchildren, Michelle C. Driscoll, Trinity A Powell, Markie Garcia, Jennifer Guilbeau, Nicole G. Alleman, Amy G. Batts, Ashley Guilbeau and Victoria Guilbeau; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Molly Driscoll, Will, Ellie, Trent Powell, Gavin, Griffin Garcia, Trevor, Aubrey Johnson and Lily Alleman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
