She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis J. Garcia and Joyce Ladner Garcia; and her son David Anselmo. She is survived by: her husband Frank P. McNeil; her children, Anna Gail Moore and Edward McNeil; her daughter-in-law Deborah Skaines; her sister Wanda Pillault; and her grandchildren, Dylan Moore, Devin Moore, Michelle Young and Rana Vosbein. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
