We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2021, at the age of 78, Claude Bond Jr. of Baxterville, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Lori Lynn Bond of Baxterville, MS; his brothers, Joseph "Pop" Bond of Baxterville and James Bond of Baxterville; and his parents, Claude E. Sr. Bond and Leona Bond (Smith) of Baxterville.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Sylvest of Baxterville; his brothers, Marion "Buddy" Bond of Winston Salem and Henry "Red" Bond of Baxterville; his grandchildren, Serena Westmorland (Sam) of Baxterville, Olivia Barlow of Ocean Springs, Joelle of Ocean Springs, Luke of Ocean Springs, Lawson Swinney of Ocean Springs and Samantha Sullivan (Jeremy); his children, Tristin of Baxterville, Samuel of Baxterville, Kennidy Kuglar of Baxterville and Dawson Rungeling of Baxterville; his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Bond of Oak Grove, Jennifer Bond Stokely of Knoxville, TN, Darren Bond, Sissy Pearl Bond of Baxterville, Jason McCardle of Lumberton, Amy Spradley of Laurel and Fancise Johnson of Jackson, MS.; his cousins, Lance Bond and Justine Green; his grandsons, Tristin and Samuel Kugler (Scott Magee); and his brother Yancy Magee. He is also survived by the youngest of five brothers.
The Bond family would like to ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis TN.
