It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vadie Hawkins (Batesville, Mississippi), who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Chrestman and Rena Foster Chrestman; and her husband Thomas Noble Hawkins. She is survived by: her daughter Janie Snider (Jimmy) of Batesville; her grandchildren, Kathy Gaines (Kenny) of Batesville and Terry Snider (Beth) of Batesville; her great grandchildren, Emily Tidwell (Dustin), Erin Snider and Cody Gaines; and her great great grandchild Harper Carson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
