He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Webster and Betty Jo Prather Parker; his siblings, Charlotte Jo Parker, Gregory Wade Parker and Dean Parker; and also Betty Ann Gurley.
He is survived by: his children, Morgan Scott Parker of Crowder and Laura Beth Parker of Pope; the mother of his children Rachel Moore of Crowder; his grandson Ryan Parker of Crowder; his sister Brenda Ellingburg of Southaven; his sister-in-law Annette Parker of Batesville; his brother Leonard Pollock; and also, Frank Gurley, Rusty Gurley (Terri), Bill Gurley (Carol Ann), Freddie Gurley (Scottie), Kristy Heffner (Cliff), Robyn Williams (Mark) and Ty Gurley (Ali).
