He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ruth Keen Byrd of Batesville, MS; his daughters, Tammy Conn (Billy) of Madison, MS and Cathy Davidson (Troy) of Memphis, TN; and his siblings, Nancy Bailey of Water Valley, MS, Mary Hill of Ecru, MS, Martha Herridge of Wichita, KS, Elizabeth Cullen of Red Banks, MS, Michael Byrd of Holly Springs, MS and Charles Byrd of Byhalia, MS. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
