"Rusty" Perkins, Jr. (Zee) of Batesville, MS and Stace Herbert Perkins of Batesville, MS; and his brother Jerry Alvis Perkins of Batesville, MS. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
