He was predeceased by: his father Enos J. Weaver; his wife Frankie Sue; and his brothers, Timothy Joe "TJ" Weaver and Jimmy D. Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Damon Weaver of Crowder, MS and Misti Carpenter; his siblings, Chad Weaver of Courtland, MS and Gwen Winters of Courtland, MS; and his grandchildren, Anna Lee Weaver, Corbin Fowler and Lexi Fowler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
