We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2020, at the age of 80, Reverend Ed Woodall of Batesville, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward E. Woodall, Sr. and Jessie Spencer Woodall. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Johnson Woodall of Batesville; his children, Margaret Rose "Margie" Woodall of Broomfield, CO. and Edward E. "Ted" Woodall, III of Grenada; and his sister Margaret Woodall Brooke of Springfield, VA..

The family plans to hold a memorial service for the public once the pandemic has subsided.

“Dear Rosemary, Margie and Ted, I was so sorry to hear of Ed’s death. I can’t begin to tell you how much Ed meant to me! Ed and his ministry at Camp Lake Stephens are a big part of why I’m still a Christian and a United Methodist today. He taught me so much about God and His love. I pray that time will heal your aching hearts. I grief with you, but I rejoice with Ed as He rests in the loving arms of God. :). Jane Massey”
