He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey L. Moore and Annie Clair Joiner Moore; his wife Diana; and his sisters, Beverly Parker and Brenda Phillips Higgs.

He is survived by: his son Jeremy Moore of Batesville; and his siblings, Nancy Hughes (Norman) of Batesville and Robert Moore (Carla) of Wickenburg, AZ.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
