She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Amato; her children, Thomas Leon Adams, Jr. and Christopher Dale Dunlap; her stepchildren, Mark Dunlap and Jerry Dunlap; and her siblings, Jimmy Adams, Nancy Christian, Rebecca Fletcher, Virginia Lee Sneed and John Fletcher. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
