She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Claude Alewine and Dolly Ophelia Ragon Alewine; her husband Alton Ray Garrison; and her sons, Alvis Ray Garrison and Michael Eugene Garrison.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Matthews (Rusty) of Carrollton, MS, Diane McCaleb (Ben Sr.) of Carrollton, MS and Gary Garrison of Coldwater, MS; and her siblings, Ann Hudspeth of Senatobia, MS and Stevie Alewine of Batesville, MS. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
