He is survived by: his partner Shirley Farmer of Sardis, MS; his daughter Krystal Goforth of Sardis, MS; his mother Geneva Carpenter Meek of Batesville, MS; his siblings, Cindy Sullivan of Batesville, MS and Ronnie Goforth (Tracy) of Batesville, MS; his half-brother Todd Goforth of Memphis, TN; his stepbrother Bobby Meek (Kimberly) of Batesville, MS; his grandchildren, Lexi Goforth, Jordan Goforth, Brylee Barragan and Swayze Tidwell; and his great grandchild Ava Grace Goforth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
