He is survived by: his pets, Milly and Cowboy; his children, Alyssa Carpenter of Batesville, MS, Tracey Carpenter of Port St, Jennifer Pickett (Lee) of Millington, TN and Kevin Carpenter (Lisa) of Memphis, TN; and his brother Richard Thomas Carpenter (Brenda) of Bartlett, TN.
