She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Staten and Mary Florence Sheley Staten; her husband Robert Lewellen; her daughter Theresa Mettetal; and her brother Charles Eugene Staten.
She is survived by: her son Billy Lewellen (Kristi) of Batesville, MS; her stepdaughter Patricia Jacome (Bobby) of Munford, TN; her sisters, Judith Smith of Grenada, MS and Kathy Byars of Oakland, MS; her grandchildren, Christopher Mettetal (Robin), Michael Lemay and Mary Briley; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Christopher, Jr., Khloee, Kamden, Karsten, Khaize, Krosslee, Kohen, Kirklynn and Collins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
