He is survived by: his children, Wendy Underwood of Sardis, Gary Wayne Howard (Sharon) of Sardis and Danny Thomas Howard (Courtney) of Batesville; his mother Sarah Goode Howard Tillman of Sardis; and his siblings, Becky Heustess (Bill) of Sardis, Wanda Billingsley (David) of Sardis and Eddie Ray Howard (Tammy) of Batesville. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
