He was predeceased by: his parents, Volney Shan Duke and Virginia Beard Duke. He is survived by: his wife Linda Burns Duke of Batesville; his brother Charlie Shan Duke of Courtland; his cousins, Lucy Mae Hendrix of Water Valley and Dennis Melton of Batesville; and his brother Raymond Jenkins of Batesville. He is also survived by 4 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 4 nieces; 7 great nephews; and 1 great niece.
