He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Trussell Goodnite of Batesville, MS; his daughter Christy Goodnite Broome (Bart) of Batesville, MS; his siblings, Emogene Brown of Batesville, MS. and George Goodnite of Batesville, MS; his grandson Dane Broome (Beth) of Batesville, MS; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Lowe Broome and Denley Bright.
