He is survived by: his wife Susan Carlisle of Batesville, MS; his daughter Rachael Carlisle of Goodlettsville, TN; his brothers, Leslie Carlisle of Goodlettsville, TN and Richard Carlisle of Water Valley, MS; and his granddaughter Tynleigh Murphy.
