She was predeceased by: her father Golden Kye Harlan; her husband Arthur Qualls; her siblings, Delvin B. Harlan, Eddie Faye Eades, Geraldine Eades and Erma Jean Wood; and her son-in-law Tim McCarty.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ruth Qualls Pedzinski (Bob) of Harrison, AR, Sandra Qualls McCarty of Atlanta, GA and Donna Lynn Campbell (Dennis) of Buffalo, MI; her brother K. G. Harlan (Joyce) of Jonesboro, AR.; her grandchildren, Kye Pedzinski, Shelley McCarty, Brian Pedzinski, Andy McCarty, Dawn Flick and David Flick; and her great grandchildren, Bethany, Shannon, Brandon and Max.
