He is survived by: his children, Rick Tobias of Germantown, TN and Debra Barnes Burrow of Batesville, MS; his stepsons, Tommy Sigler of Horn Lake, MS and Kenny Sigler of Southaven, MS; and his siblings, Joe Tobias of Memphis, TN, Sue Jones of Covington, TN, Dorothy Hall of Atoka, TN and Katherine Conners of Covington, TN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
