She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Roberson and Celess Long Roberson; her husband James A. Burns; her son Mark Hamblin; and her siblings, Calvin, Howard Roberson and Nancy Manning.
She is survived by: her close friend Troy Aven of Batesville, MS; her daughter Carolyn Windham (Mike) of Oxford, MS; her siblings, Georgie Stewart (Willie) of Greenville, MS, Rossie Reeves (Kenny) of Oakland, MS and Wes Roberson (Linda) of Greenville, MS; her stepchildren, Ricky Burns (Sydney) of Olive Branch, MS, Melinda Vires (Randy) of Olive Branch, MS and Cindy McGehee (Steve) of Bartlett, TN; her grandchildren, Angie Campbell (Jeff) of Batesville, MS, Wayne Williams (April) of Courtland, MS, Tanya Durrance (Justin) of Courtland, MS and Marshall Hamblin (Thersa) of Harrison, AR.; and her stepgrandchildren, Brandon Johnson (Holly) of Olive Branch, MS, Cody Burns of Olive Branch, MS, Tony Stump of Olive Branch, MS, Matthew Stump of Olive Branch, MS, Ashley Fisher (Dakota) of Olive Branch, MS, Valerie Burns of Southaven, MS, Lindsey Russell (Kurt) of Germantown, TN, Meredith McGehee of Memphis, TN and Hollie McGehee of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
