She is survived by: her husband Rick Woolfolk of Sardis, MS; her children, Kathleen "Kathy" Carlisle (Scott) of Hernando, MS and Rick Eason Woolfolk (Katie) of Cleveland, OH; her sister Sue Lowery of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA; and her grandchildren, Bennett Bramlett, Faith Joplin, Evie Woolfolk, Kennedy Joplin, Nevaeh Joplin, Liam Woolfolk, Samuel Woolfolk, Colston Carlisle, Lilly Carlisle and Rickie Sue Carlisle.
