She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Herman Avery; and her siblings, Earlene Tucker Scruggs, Billy Tucker, David Tucker, Norwood Tucker, Carter Tucker, Raymond Tucker and Don Tucker.
She is survived by: her friend Miss Edith; her children, Anita Avery Coleman of Batesville, MS and Ronald Eugene Avery of Courtland, MS; her grandchildren, Abby Renee Evans, David Erick Avery and Amanda Michelle Lee; and her great grandchildren, Jolie Avery, Lily Avery, Hunter Evans, Hayden Evans and Alton Lee.
