She was predeceased by: her mother Miriam Lois Hayes; her stepfather Jewell Hayes; her father James Jones; her son Michael David Kee; and her brother Jimmy Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Adams of Sardis, MS; her daughters, Demeka Ivy (Mark) of Batesville, Denise Burnett (Phillip) of Red Banks, MS and Amy Williams of Hattiesburg, MS; her brothers, Anthony Hayes of Memphis, TN and Kenneth Compton of Meridian, MS; and her grandchildren, Hunter Ivy (Haley) of Pope, MS and Keri Sayagh of Hattiesburg. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
