He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur Hugh Howie. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Howie; his children, Mike Howie of Taylor, MS and Natalie Wood (Robert) of Oxford, MS; his grandchildren, Olivia Howie, Caitlyn Howie and Sydney Jenkins; and his siblings, Carol Cherry, Dale Howie and Wilbur Howie, Jr..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Place in Batesville, MS, in honor of Mr. Howie.
