She was predeceased by: her father Benny L. Spencer. She is survived by: her husband Monty Vaughan; her children, Ryan Vaughan of Batesville, MS., Rusty Vaughan (Hartley) of Batesville, MS. and Rivers Vaughan of Batesville, MS.; her siblings, Robin Burlison (Ron) of Olive Branch, MS and Jody Spencer of Sardis, MS; and her grandson John Skylar Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
