He was predeceased by: his parents, Leason Carlyle and Vera Louise Cook Whitworth; and his sister Lisa Whitworth. He is survived by: his wife Janet Pittman Whitworth of Batesville; his son Austin Whitworth (Erika) of Batesville; his siblings, Linda White of Pope, Carol Cook of Marks, Debra Goodwin of Sardis and Timmy Whitworth of Batesville; and his grandchildren, Darren Austin Whitworth, Maci Carlyle Whitworth and Kenley Aden Whitworth.
