He is survived by: his wife Bessie Mae Rowland of Batesville, MS; his children, Towanda Taylor of Pope, MS, Robby Rowland of Hernando, MS, Raymond Rowland of Batesville, MS, Jimmy Willard of Water Valley, MS, Robert Willard of Batesville, MS and Sidney "Dago" Willard of Tremont, MS; and his sister Claudie Acree. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
