She was predeceased by: her parents, Ron Lewis and Ursula Rehak Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Brooke Leggett of Germantown, TN, Ashley Logan of Indianapolis, IN, Joesph Werkhoven of Terre Haute, IN and Zachary Tracy of Terre Haute, IN; her brother Michael Lewis of Memphis, TN; and her grandchildren, Cameron and Emma Leggett.
