He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Hill and Henry George Stenger. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Turnbow Stenger; his children, Vicky Bigger (Jeff), Susan Ballew (Clinch), Jeffery (Christine) and Jimmy (Susan); and his siblings, Edward and Shirley. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
