She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Penn and Edna Fay Maxey Penn; her daughter Beverly A. Boyd; her former husband Mabry C. Williams; her daughter-in-law Carol Williams; and her brothers, Robert Penn, Monty Penn and Glenn Penn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
