She was predeceased by: her mother Pearline Mitchell Lee; her spouse Carufus Butler; her daughters, Dorothy Mae Thompson, Dianne Hardiman, Samantha Hardin and Gwendolyn Pinkins; and her son-in-law Clarence Hardiman.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Bean (Lygunnah) and Robert Pinkins of Batesville, MS; her grandchildren, Shepreta, Komiya, Cyndi, Alicia, Evelyn, Leon, Tracey, Mary, Walter, Fred, Sherman, Alvin, Tyrone, Yolanda, Corey, Authur, Jermaine, Robert, Isaac, Lakenna and Nadia; and her goddaughter Mae Helen Williams. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
