He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Blucher Walls and Lester Rung. He is survived by: his wife Susan E. Rung of Batesville, MS; and his children, Hedi Sue Richards of Batesville, MS and Albert Carl "Butch" Rung, Jr. of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
