She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Eugene Dyess and Ethel Carolene Murry Dyess; and her siblings, Kermit Dyess, Jonah Dyess, Mryte Evans, Berdie Rae Evans, Ruby Nell Bryant, Hardy Ruth Saulters, Oneida Tabor, Willie Ossie Graves and Idell Haddox.
She is survived by: her brother Gary Bridges; her children, Betty Crosby of Sumrall, Thomas Michael Norris, Mary Norris of Bassfield and William Donald Norris; her brother Hugh Dyess of Carson; and also Chant of Sumrall. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; eight great great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
