He is survived by: his children, Gracie Cavanaugh Beech (Artie) of Sumrall, Kay Cavanaugh of Bassfield, Edward "Ed" Cavanaugh of Bassfield and George Ray "Coconut" Cavanaugh of Bassfield; his siblings, Mary Louise Burt of Monticello, Dorothy Ann Divine of Canton and Johnny Cavanaugh of Oloh; and his grandchildren, Shane Berry, Seth Aultman, Reagan Beech, Jason McPhail, Anna Harvison, Dylan Cavanaugh, Billy "Wild Bill" Cavanaugh, Jacob Cavanaugh, Brandon Grubbs, Trey Nichols, Jessica Smith, Ronnie Smith, Riley Smith, Zetta Foshee and Zaylin Foshee.
