He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Ford Sullivan; his parents, Vester Ray Sullivan, Sr. and Bertha Jane Sullivan; and his siblings, Vester Ray Sullivan, Jr., Shelton Arvest Sullivan, Otho Dale Sullivan and Audell Sullivan Ford.
He is survived by: his sons, Greg Sullivan (Shanie), Mike Sullivan (Paula), Richard Sullivan (Debra) and Kendall Sullivan (Kayle); and his grandchildren, Grant Sullivan, Jessica Prescott (Chris), Rusty Sullivan, Melissa Sanford (Brad), Scott Sullivan (Raychel), Megan Broome (Drew), Alexis Graham (Preston, Jr.), Sarah Grace Sullivan, Slade Sullivan and Austin Clark. He is also survived by twelve Great-Grandchildren.
