W, Joel Polk, Caleb Simms and Jonathan Simms; her husband Joel Wayne Polk of Bassfield; her children, Donna Joy Polk Sinclair (Ford) of Columbia, Brenda Ruth Polk Sledge (Jim) of Foley, AL, Linda Marie Polk Simms (Calvin) of Bassfield and David Joel Polk (Sheila) of Hattiesburg; her siblings, Sarah Sullivan of Bassfield, Francis Herrin of Hattiesburg, Reverend Archie Herrin of Columbia and Tommy Herrin (Jeanny) of Hattiesburg; her siblings-in-law, Pat Herrin of Petal, Ann Herrin of Richton and Jerry Polk (Shirley) of Dawsonville, GA.; and her grandchildren, Hope Sinclair, Jacob Sinclair of Brady Sinclair, J. W, Corrie Stuckey, Christina Berry, Kimberly Jasper, Ashley Raynes and Sabrina Robertson.
