She was predeceased by: her parent Estell Mulkey; her husband Charles "Bub" Castleberry (Bub); and her siblings, Jimmy Mulkey, Bill Mulkey, Jerry Mulkey, Shirley Nell Mulkey, Jeanette Melton and Sara Swink.
She is survived by: her children, Shane Castleberry (Riz) of Grenada and Sherry Carter (Landon) of Banner; her grandchildren, Taylor Castleberry, Lucas Ferguson, Brooke Castleberry, Rudy Ferguson, Easton Castleberry, Bethany LaValley, Wiley Ferguson, Tyler Carter and Emily Carter; her great grandchildren, Brentley Thornton, Bryler Thornton and Hudson Carter; and her siblings, Betty Turner of Bruce, Molly Bush of Mendenhall and Richard Mulkey of Bruce.
