He was predeceased by: his parents, Elcue Leslie Morgan Sr. and Hatti Lee Morgan (Black); his former wife Juanita Hocutt Morgan; and his brother Jack Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Grace Martin-Morgan; his son Richard Duane Morgan (Karen) of Hugo, OK; his stepson Freddie Martin (Judy) of Banner, MS; his sisters, Betty Means of Brandon, MS, Mary Leonberger (Billy) of Florence, MS, Patricia Ashley (Ed) of Mendenhall, MS and Cheryl Morgan of Florence, MS; and his grandchildren, Heather Morgan (David Delagaiza), Kristy Morgan, Ben Payton (Jennifer), Jon Payton (Sarah) and Jamie Foshee (Jennifer). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
