He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Gosa and Mary Jackson Gosa; and his siblings, Sonny Gosa and Patsy Henry. He is survived by: his wife Mary Gosa of Baldwyn; his children, Walter Gosa, Jr. of Baldwyn and Suzie Parker (Dayton) of Saltillo; his brothers, Dan, Bill and Jerry Gosa; his grandchildren, Cynthia Parker Britt and Jamie Parker; and his great grandchildren, Conner Britt, Bailey Reynolds, Channing Reynolds and Waylen Britt.
