It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Wesley Shelley of Baldwyn, Mississippi, born in Prentiss, Mississippi, who passed away on June 18, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Willie Louis Shelley. He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Tate; his children, Thomas W. Shelley Jr. (Phylus) of Booneville, MS, Betty J. Dillion (Terry) of North Carolina, Larry Shelley of Baldwyn, MS and Rodney Shelley Sr. of Baldwyn, MS; and his daughter-in-law Pattie Shelley of Baldwyn, MS. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and nine great- grandchildren, several sisters and brothers-in-law; also a host of cousins, nieces.
