He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Bridges and Ruby Evelyn Mabry Bridges; his siblings, Larry Bridges and Shirley Bridges Ray; his in-laws, Cleo and Lamell Collum Roberts; his brother-in-law Donald Ray Hopkins; and his great-niece Montana Rose Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Roberts Bridges of Baldwyn; his son Chris Bridges of Baldwyn; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Ray, Joe Roberts Baldwyn (Linda) and Tommie Roberts Hopkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
