He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay; his sons, Timothy Lee (April) of Booneville and John Michael Owens of Las Vegas, NV.; and his siblings, Linda Taylor (John) of Belle Haven, VA, Roy (Tammy) of Christiansburg, VA, Michael (Sandy) of Magnolia, DE, Terrence (Louise) of Milford, DE and Donna (Eddie) of Onley, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
