It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Copeland Miller of Baldwyn, Mississippi, who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Copeland and Eleanor Copeland; her children, Jimmy Miller and Martha Ann Chisholm (Dale); her sister Betty Jo Ryder; her nephew Wallis Butler; and her siblings-in-law, Janette Spencer, Douglas Miller, Joel Butler and Ed Poteet.
She is survived by: her significant other Raymond Leonard Miller; her siblings, Margaret Butler of Tupelo, Billie Poteet of Baldwyn and Bobby Copeland of Gasden, AL; her daughter-in-law Betty Miller of Saltillo; her siblings-in-law, Johnny Miller (Linda) and Jeanie Murley; her grandchildren, Trechia Miller of New Jersey, Michael Miller (Ellen), Beth Anne Rushing (Steve) of Mantachie and Jason Wilson (Brandy) of Saltillo; her great grandchildren, Anna Hull (Trey), Abby Lockwood (Christian), Reese Miller, Case Bogue of Booneville, Frankie Wilson of Saltillo, Maple Wilson of Saltillo and Everette Wilson of Saltillo; and also Verna Butler of Baldwyn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services for the family will be held at a later date to protect family and friends from covid.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the building fund of First Baptist Church of Baldwyn or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
