He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Cummings and Eulater Turner Agnew. He is survived by: his siblings, Nettie, Effie, Annie, Pearl, Alice Faye, Geneva, Rosa Mary, Mary Lee, Jossie, Emma, Alvin, Wiley, Elmo, Annise, John and Roy; his children, Robert Smith of Louisville, KY, Gregory Lockridge and Carolyn Lockridge of Henderson, NV; his grandchildren, Brandon Lockridge of Henderson, NV and Jasmine Lockridge of Los Angeles, CA; his great grandchild Avery Lockridge; his great great grandchild Kaylin Sarkisyan of Los Angeles, CA; his siblings, Lurline Cummings, Dabney and Troy Agnew; and his close friends, Prentiss Robins (Sonny) and Catherine Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
